		<description>Earlier this morning, I was able to share with a friend of mine this same theory/truth. I told her that the valley she is in at the moment is a higher place than the last &quot;peak&quot; she was on. The valleys are the places where we need to stop, rest, and re-evaluate our direction, just to make sure we are still on our way to the top of the mountain. It is here where we learn the MOST about &quot;where&quot; and &quot;who&quot; we really are. Instead of filling our minds with depression/pity, we can rejoice, knowing God has intended for us to reach the next &quot;peak&quot;. The valley is a place of rest. Our thoughts will either enable us to continue, or keep us in the valley. Many die in the valley when they run out of food and warmth. The &quot;Top&quot; is not reached in a strait shot! Thank God for the valleys.... make the most of them</description>
