…..fantastic. Great overview. The “Gold Nugget” that will forever stick w/me was the theory that “one’s identity and self-Love/Image controls our capacity to receive from God”….. my first rection to that was “You’re right, because if that is NOT the case, then receiving from God can ONLY comes through avenues of EFFORT”….. I lived that way for a long time. Even today, at times, I still struggle with that! The flesh is constantly attempting to pull me back into that “effort” mindset. All effort, NO faith. Or very little at best. And when failure becomes a reality as a result of effort (which is automatic, sooner or later), doubt is next in line, followed by his 2 best friends, “Blame” & “Rebellion”. Great interview……
Wow, this message is so powerful and so much needed for the body of Christ TODAY! Its really getting back to the basics and turning to God and leaving all the baggage and garbage we’ve picked up behind. Thank you so much for sharing your heart and wisdom that will set the capatives FREE!
We as humans tend to accept because of failure that we don’t deserve the blessings Jesus is waiting to give us freely. I appreciate this interview with the hope of one day that I can see through the darkness to become the person Jesus is wanting me to become. Life has a way of wearing on us, without Christ we are just “spinning our wheels” he is there always reaching out his hand. We need to just take his hand !
